Do I have to pay to use FrankHouse Property Market?
No, our bronze service allows you to advertise your property for free. We do not
charge to register with the website. If you wish to upgrade to our silver or
gold service then you will be required to pay a fee.
What’s the difference between the gold, silver and bronze services?
The bronze system allows you to advertise your property with one photograph for
free on the website. The silver service allows you to upload 10 photographs and
also uploads your property to the fish4homes network of website giving your
advert increased exposure. You can also provide a detailed description of your
property to help buyers understand everything about your property. With the gold
service you have everything that the silver service offers but you are sent a
FrankHouse Property Market for sale board to erect outside your property for
additional local exposure.
How do I contact a seller if I find a house I like?
To contact the seller of a property, just go to the detailed view of a property
and in the ‘actions’ list click ‘contact seller’. A pop up window will appear
and in it you can type the message to the seller. After you have finished the
window will close and you can carry on using the site as normal. If you click on
the ‘my account’ tab in the navigation bar it will take you to your secure
account area where you can click on ‘my messages’ and then see the messages you
have sent and received.
How can change my search details?
From any of the pages with a search function, for example the home page, start
your search by typing in a place name or postcode. Once you have done this a
list of properties will appear on the right hand side of the website. To the
left of the properties is a ‘refine search are’ where you can make refinements
to your search, for example the searchable area from the place name or postcode
you typed. If you wish to start a new search altogether then below the refine
search area you can type in a new place name or postcode in the ‘new search’
box.

I'm not sure how much to sell my property for?
There are a number of ways to get an accurate valuation of your property, have a look around you at properties for sale nearby, find out if they are similar in size and type to yours. Keep an eye on local papers and local Estate Agents shop windows. Most people now find their next property through the internet so look on property websites to see what is there. You can also employ a local surveyor to provide you with a valuation, he will charge you for this, or you could ask an estate agent, they should provide you with a valuation for free.
